In this interactive class session, you will learn the laws and policies of serving alcohol in the State of Michigan.
​After the session, you will demonstrate proficiency of the content though an assessment. You will gain your certificate by earning a 75% or better on the exam.

Session 2: Mixology Basics

In Session 2, you will learn how to make popular cocktails all bartenders should know including the proper glass, mixers, etc. You will do a "live" bartending service with clients.
This portion of the course is not required for certification. Bartending equipment is given to all session participants.

Both sessions gives you the information and training needed to become a bartender in the State of Michigan: Session 1 focuses on the laws and policies of serving alcohol. Session 2 focuses on mixing and serving cocktails.
All materials, supplies, and bonus food voucher is included in this package. A discount of $25 is given for registering for both classes.
