iMix, LLC (“iMix,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Michigan-based mobile bartending and beverage service providing beverage-related services for private parties, weddings, corporate events, community events, celebrations, and other gatherings.This Privacy Policy & Legal Disclaimer establishes important terms concerning the use of iMix services, our website and social media platforms, customer information, alcoholic beverage service, event responsibilities, and limitations of liability.
1. General Disclaimer iMix, LLC provides mobile bartending and beverage services subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, ordinances, licensing requirements, and event-specific requirements.Information provided by iMix through its website, social media, promotional materials, menus, proposals, invoices, contracts, or other communications is intended for general informational and business purposes and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or professional advice.iMix reserves the right to modify its services, menus, pricing, policies, and terms at any time. Specific services and obligations applicable to an individual event shall be governed by the written agreement, proposal, invoice, or service contract between iMix and the client
2. Alcohol ServiceiMix takes responsible alcohol service seriously. Alcoholic beverages will be served only in accordance with applicable Michigan laws and regulations.iMix bartenders and staff reserve the right to:Refuse service to any person who appears intoxicated or impaired.Refuse service to any person who cannot provide acceptable proof of legal drinking age when requested.Refuse service to any person who is behaving in a threatening, unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate manner.Stop alcohol service to an individual or an event when circumstances create a safety or legal concern.Contact the event host, venue management, security, emergency services, or law enforcement when reasonably necessary to protect guests, staff, or property.Payment for an event or alcoholic beverage service does not guarantee that every guest will be served alcohol.
3. Age VerificationGuests must be of lawful drinking age to consume alcoholic beverages.Guests may be required to present valid government-issued identification demonstrating that they are legally permitted to consume alcohol.iMix does not knowingly serve alcoholic beverages to minors. iMix reserves the right to refuse service whenever a guest's age or identification cannot be reasonably verified.The event host and/or client agrees to cooperate with iMix in maintaining a safe and lawful environment for alcohol service.
4. Event Host ResponsibilitiesThe client or event host is responsible for providing iMix with accurate information regarding the event, including the event date, location, expected attendance, event hours, venue requirements, and any known restrictions affecting alcohol or beverage service.Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, the client/event host is responsible for:Obtaining any permits, licenses, approvals, or permissions required for the event that are not expressly being obtained by iMix.Ensuring that the event venue permits mobile bartending and beverage services.Providing adequate space and reasonable access for iMix staff and equipment.Providing a safe working environment for iMix employees and contractors.Communicating venue rules and restrictions to iMix before the event.Providing appropriate security or event personnel when reasonably necessary based on the size or nature of the event.Ensuring that guests comply with venue and event rules.Additional responsibilities may be established in the client's written service agreement.
5. Guest Conduct and SafetyiMix is committed to providing professional and safe beverage service. Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward iMix staff, other guests, venue personnel, and property. iMix may immediately discontinue service or remove its staff from an event when employees or contractors are subjected to:
Threats or violence;Harassment;Sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct;Discrimination;Physical intimidation;Verbal abuse;Property damage;Unsafe working conditions; orOther conduct that reasonably creates a safety concern.When service is discontinued because of unsafe or abusive conduct, the client may remain responsible for contracted fees and expenses as provided in the applicable service agreement.
6. Transportation and Impaired DrivingiMix strongly encourages all guests who consume alcohol to arrange safe transportation.iMix does not provide transportation for guests unless transportation services are specifically contracted in writing.The decision of any guest to operate a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol is solely that individual's responsibility.Guests should designate a sober driver, use a rideshare or taxi service, arrange transportation through the event host, or use another safe transportation option.
7. No Guarantee of Alcohol ConsumptioniMix provides bartending and beverage services but does not encourage excessive alcohol consumption.Clients and guests are responsible for making responsible decisions regarding alcohol consumption.iMix reserves the right to limit or discontinue alcohol service when necessary for safety, responsible service, or legal compliance.
8. Client-Provided AlcoholIf the client provides alcoholic beverages for an event, the client is responsible for providing beverages that are lawful for the event and permitted under applicable law.Client-provided alcohol must be disclosed to iMix before the event when required by the service agreement.iMix does not warrant the quality, authenticity, condition, or legality of alcohol supplied by a client or third party.
9. Food and AllergensUnless specifically stated in a written agreement, iMix is not responsible for providing food or meals.Guests should inform event organizers and appropriate food/beverage personnel of any food, fruit, ingredient, or other allergies.Although iMix may take reasonable precautions when informed of an allergy or dietary restriction, iMix cannot guarantee that beverages, garnishes, mixers, ingredients, or equipment will be completely free from allergens or cross-contact.Guests with severe allergies should exercise appropriate caution and make informed decisions before consuming any beverage.
10. Privacy PolicyiMix may collect personal information provided voluntarily by customers and users, including names, telephone numbers, email addresses, event information, billing information, payment information, and other information necessary to provide services.Information may be collected when customers:Submit an inquiry;Request a quote;Book an event;Sign a service agreement;Make a payment;Contact iMix;Subscribe to communications;Interact with iMix's website or social media platforms; orParticipate in promotions or events.iMix uses collected information for legitimate business purposes, including:Responding to inquiries;Preparing quotes and contracts;Scheduling events;Providing services;Processing payments;Communicating with customers;Improving customer service;Maintaining business records;Marketing and promotional activities where permitted; andComplying with legal obligations.iMix does not intend to sell customers' personal information to third parties.Information may be disclosed to service providers, payment processors, technology providers, professional advisers, governmental authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, protect rights or property, or prevent fraud or abuse.

Payment InformationPayment information may be processed through third-party payment processors. iMix does not intentionally retain complete credit card or debit card numbers unless specifically authorized and handled through an appropriate payment-processing system.Customers should review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party payment provider used to complete a transaction.
12. Photography, Video, and Promotional MaterialsUnless otherwise agreed in writing, iMix may photograph or record portions of an event for business documentation, portfolio purposes, advertising, marketing, social media, or promotional materials.iMix will make reasonable efforts to avoid intentionally identifying guests who have expressly requested not to appear in promotional materials.Clients who do not want photographs or videos of their event or guests used for promotional purposes should notify iMix in writing before the event.
13. Website and Third-Party LinksiMix may provide links to third-party websites, social media platforms, payment processors, event venues, vendors, or other resources.iMix does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security, availability, products, or services of third-party websites.Use of third-party websites is subject to the terms and privacy policies established by those third parties.14. Intellectual PropertyUnless otherwise stated, iMix's logos, business name, graphics, photographs, promotional materials, menus, written content, designs, and other original business materials are owned by or licensed to iMix, LLC.These materials may not be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from iMix, LLC.15. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iMix, LLC shall not be responsible for injuries, damages, losses, claims, expenses, or liabilities arising from circumstances outside iMix's reasonable control.Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to waive or limit any liability that cannot legally be waived or limited under Michigan law.Clients and guests remain responsible for their own actions, including decisions involving alcohol consumption, transportation, personal property, and conduct at an event.
16. Force MajeureiMix shall not be considered in breach of its obligations when performance is prevented, delayed, or materially affected by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, emergencies, power outages, venue closures, labor disruptions, transportation disruptions, public health emergencies, acts of God, or other unforeseeable circumstances.The parties may work together to reschedule services or determine an appropriate resolution under the applicable service agreement.
17. Cancellation and Refunds Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits, retainers, refunds, and other payment matters are governed by the written agreement or booking terms applicable to the event.In the event of a conflict between this disclaimer and a signed service agreement, the terms of the signed service agreement shall control to the extent permitted by law.
18. Michigan Law This disclaimer and the services provided by iMix, LLC are intended to comply with applicable laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute arising from the use of iMix services shall be governed by applicable Michigan law, unless otherwise required by law or established by a written agreement. Nothing contained in this disclaimer is intended to create rights that are inconsistent with applicable Michigan law.
19. Changes to This Policy iMix, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy & Legal Disclaimer periodically. The current version may be made available through iMix's website, booking materials, contracts, or other official business communications. The effective date listed at the beginning of this document identifies the most recent version.

CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT By booking or using services provided by iMix, LLC, the client acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review the applicable service agreement, booking terms, and policies and agree to comply with the responsibilities applicable to the client and event.
