Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern all mobile bartending and beverage services provided by iMix, LLC (“iMix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking our services, the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the following terms.
1. Booking and DepositsA booking is confirmed once iMix receives the required $50 non-refundable deposit and the Client has agreed to the service details. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation and RefundsThe $50 booking deposit is non-refundable. If a Client cancels a booking, any eligible refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
3. ServicesiMix provides mobile bartending and beverage services for private parties, weddings, corporate events, celebrations, and other occasions. Services provided will be based on the package, agreement, or invoice selected by the Client.
4. Alcohol and Legal RequirementsiMix will comply with applicable Michigan laws and regulations governing alcohol service. iMix reserves the right to refuse service to any person who appears intoxicated, is underage, or otherwise cannot legally be served alcohol.The Client and/or event host is responsible for ensuring that the event location permits alcohol service and that any required venue permissions or licenses are obtained unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Client ResponsibilitiesThe Client is responsible for providing accurate event information, including the event date, time, location, expected number of guests, and any special requirements. The Client must provide iMix with reasonable access to the event area for setup, service, and cleanup.
6. Event ChangesChanges to the event date, location, guest count, service package, or other major details must be communicated to iMix as soon as possible. Changes may result in additional fees or may require a new service agreement.
7. Setup and Service AreaThe Client is responsible for providing an appropriate and reasonably safe area for bartending and beverage service, including adequate space, access to electricity or water when required by the selected service package, and reasonable access for setup and breakdown.
8. Safety and Right to Refuse ServiceiMix reserves the right to stop or refuse beverage service when necessary to protect guests, staff, property, or the business. This includes situations involving excessive intoxication, unsafe behavior, harassment, violence, or other circumstances that create an unsafe environment.
9. Damage or LossThe Client may be responsible for damage to iMix equipment, supplies, bar structures, glassware, or other property caused by the Client or event guests beyond normal wear and tear.
10. LiabilityiMix will provide services in a professional manner but is not responsible for injuries, damages, losses, delays, or other issues arising from circumstances outside of iMix's reasonable control, including guest behavior, venue conditions, weather, emergencies, or acts of God.
11. Force MajeureiMix will not be considered in breach of an agreement when circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent or substantially interfere with providing services. iMix will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the Client and determine an appropriate solution.
12. Agreement to TermsBy submitting a booking request, paying a deposit, signing a service agreement, or otherwise confirming an event with iMix, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
