Refund/ Cancellation Policy

iMix, LLC is committed to providing professional mobile bartending and beverage services for weddings, parties, corporate events, private celebrations, and other special occasions. The following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings and services provided by iMix, LLC.

 

1. Booking DepositA $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings to reserve the requested date and time.The $50 deposit is applied toward the total balance of the booking but is not refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation by the client.A booking is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received by iMix, LLC.

 

2. Cancellation by ClientClients may cancel their booking at any time. Cancellation requests should be submitted to iMix, LLC in writing (email, or text) whenever possible.Upon cancellation:The $50 booking deposit will be retained by iMix, LLC and will not be refunded.Any additional amounts paid toward the booking, excluding the $50 non-refundable deposit, may be eligible for a refund.Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

 

3. Cancellation by iMix, LLCIf iMix, LLC must cancel a booking due to circumstances within its control and is unable to provide the contracted services, the client will be entitled to a refund of eligible amounts paid, including the $50 deposit.If cancellation is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of iMix, LLC, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closure, or other circumstances constituting force majeure, iMix, LLC will work with the client to determine an appropriate resolution, including rescheduling when possible.

 

4. Event Date ChangesRequests to change an event date are subject to iMix, LLC's availability and approval. A date change may be treated as a cancellation and new booking if the requested date cannot be accommodated.The original $50 non-refundable deposit will not be transferred or refunded unless iMix, LLC agrees otherwise in writing.

 

5. Refund ProcessingApproved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date. The time required for the refund to appear in the client's account may vary depending on the financial institution or payment processor.

 

6. Outstanding BalancesCancellation does not eliminate any amounts that are otherwise legally owed to iMix, LLC under a signed service agreement, contract, or other written arrangement.

 

7. Policy AcknowledgmentBy submitting a booking deposit or otherwise confirming services with iMix, LLC, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the $50 non-refundable deposit requirement.
